ClarityOS · Installed over twelve months

The operating system for owner independence.

ClarityOS measures how much of the business still depends on you, gives you your Independence Score, then removes that dependence through 29 installs over twelve months.

Each install changes one part of how the business runs, so less sits with you and more sits inside the business.

What you want to do with that independence is up to you.

Step back. Hand over. Sell well.

Three different outcomes.

One system underneath.

What operating system means

Installed, not advised.

ClarityOS does not give you another framework to follow. It installs the operating structure your business needs to work without you.

A coach
worked on you. The business still depends on you.
A consultant
fixed parts of the business. You still hold it together.
A framework
gave you structure. You still hold it all together.
A senior hire
took the work. You kept the decisions.
Working harder
got it all done. Now none of it gets done without you.
Technology and AI
won’t fix the mess. They’ll scale it.
ClarityOS
makes the business work without you.

Each install is either working or it isn’t. If it breaks down, you can see exactly where.

The Independence Diagnostic measures where you stand. The Record of Independence proves how far you’ve moved.

Pathway 01

Stabilise

Decisions stop routing through you.

Inside Stabilise
  • You stop being the only person who can write a quote.
  • Your team stops asking permission for everyday spend.
  • Onboarding a new hire stops costing you a week of your time.
  • Approvals stop queueing in your inbox overnight.

Pathway 02

Systemise

Your team runs the week without you in the room.

Inside Systemise
  • Client escalations get resolved before they reach you.
  • Process exceptions get logged, not improvised.
  • Your operations meeting runs whether you are in it or not.
  • A week off the grid does not require a week of preparation.

Pathway 03

Liberate

The business holds up without you in it. Provably.

Inside Liberate
  • Customer relationships sit with the business, not your phone.
  • The brand stands without your face on it.
  • A buyer can watch the business run without you in it.
  • Independence is declared and verifiable, not asserted.

The twelve-month spine

29 installs, three Pathways, one direction of travel.

Every business goes Stabilise, then Systemise, then Liberate, and that order never changes. Which installs run when, inside each Pathway, comes from your diagnostic. Nothing in a later Pathway holds if the one before it has not.

Stabilise. Nothing later works while decisions still route through you.

Systemise. The week cannot run itself until that has changed.

Liberate. Only provable once both have held.

The year is worth running: businesses that run without their owner sell for 5 to 7× profit, against 2 to 3.5× for owner-dependent ones.

Plain answers

Asked about ClarityOS.Answered plainly.

What exactly is an install?

A specific change to how the business runs, put in place with your team and checked. Not a document and not a session. There are 29 across the twelve months, and each one is either done or it is not.

Why this order?

Stabilise takes the daily decisions off you. Systemise hands your team the week. Liberate makes the result provable. Do it in another order and you end up writing systems around an owner who is still the bottleneck, and they do not hold. The ingredients are simple on purpose. The order is the expertise.

What if we already have systems?

They stay. Each one gets checked against the same standard as everything else we put in, and the twelve months go to the gaps.

How is progress measured?

One number, your Independence Score, from 0 to 100. It is measured before the work starts, and it moves when an install is signed off, never before. The twelve months are built to move it into the top band.

Find out how much of the business is still you.

Your Independence Score puts a number on it, and the roadmap shows which installs move it.

A short conversation first, then your diagnostic, then your number.
