When you fill in the contact form on /start, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), business description, and annual revenue range. We use this only to respond to you.
When you visit our website, we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how people find and use the site. Both use cookies: small files stored on your device. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
How we use your information
We use your contact form submission to write back to you, schedule a conversation if you want one, and tailor our response to your situation.
We use website analytics in aggregated form only to improve the site. We do not use your information for anything outside these purposes.
Where your data goes
Australia: Contact form submissions are stored on infrastructure in the AWS Sydney region.
United States: Google Analytics processes anonymised website usage data on servers in the United States.
Email correspondence is delivered via standard email infrastructure.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. You can ask us to stop using your information for any purpose. You can withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time.

How we protect your information
We use modern security practices, encrypted connections, and access controls. We limit who can access your information to what is necessary.
If we ever experience a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant authority.

As Clarity Systems develops — particularly when the diagnostic ships — this policy will be expanded to cover new data flows. We will notify you of material changes if you have an active relationship with us.
